War nicht schwer, weil sich die Steigungen in Grenzen hielten, also so max. 8%, aber dennoch eine sch\u00f6ne Waldauffahrt in der Morgend\u00e4mmerung. Wir starteten um 7:30 weil es ein langer Tag werden sollte. unten eine Br\u00fccke \u00fcber den Fluss und dann wieder rauf. swiper-pagination-white\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>So ging der Tag dahin und es wurde immer hei\u00dfer, hei\u00dft Cafes suchen, Wasser nachf\u00fcllen, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich war ziemlich gut unterwegs und dachte so bei mir, das leichte Ziehen um R\u00fccken aufgrund ungleichem Treten (52%\/48%) ist weg, die leichte Verkrampfung an der Sehne an der linken Wade auch und so bergauf geht&#8217;s heute aber wesentlich besser. Hab mich offensichtlich angepasst. Super.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>War dann unterwegs zur letzten eingezeichneten Steigung des Tages und machte Halt an einem Cafe, Cola trinken, kaltes Wasser nachf\u00fcllen und einen Power Bar essen, zur Ruhe kommen und neu konzentrieren. Wie ich das seit Jahren immer mache, bevor ich aufs Rad steige, ich checke die Bremsen und die Reifen, egal wie lange oder kurz ich weg bin, so auch diesmal. Lance Armstrong hat gesagt: Pr\u00fcfe immer dein Rad bevor du losf\u00e4hrst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frisch gest\u00e4rkt dachte ich noch so bei mir, es ist heute hei\u00df, 33 Grad, und ich fahre das nun im Spaziermodus zu Ende, die verbleibenden 50 km sind ja eh nicht der Rede wert, solange ich zutrinken habe. Dann rollte ich eine neue Schlucht hinunter und BUMM Vorderreifen von der einen auf die andere Sekunde platt. Bei einer Abfahrt in einer Kurve der Vorderreifen pl\u00f6tzlich platt, ist wohl das schlimmste Szenario, was man sich auf einem Zweirad vorstellen kann, denn du hast keine Change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hei\u00dft damit ist die Tour f\u00fcr mich zu Ende und ich fliege heim. Habe keine Schmerzen und nur ein paar Hautabsch\u00fcrfungen, aber das rechte Schl\u00fcsselbein ist angebrochen und (!) nicht verschoben, hei\u00dft, wenn ich das nun ruhig stelle w\u00e4chst das so wieder an. Diagnostizierte ein Mediziner unter den Fahrern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die ganze Gruppe ist geschockt und traurig und ich k\u00f6nnte weinen. Jeder kommt anteilsnehmend auf mich zu und &#8222;kondoliert&#8220;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich war hier mit wunderbaren Menschen zusammen und das hat echt Spa\u00df gemacht, jede Begegnung war ein Gewinn und nun kann ich nicht zu Ende fahren. Diese Tour war einfach spektakul\u00e4r, wundersch\u00f6n und reich an Begegnungen. So schade, w\u00e4re so gerne mit den Jungs ans Meer gefahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit ist ein herausragendes Velo Jahr f\u00fcr mich zu Ende, so sad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcberrascht bin ich \u00fcber die Menge an WhatsApp und SMS und wie schnell sich das herum spricht. Zeigt mir aber wiederum mit welch tollen Leuten ich es in dieser internationalen Community zu tun habe.
